We all love music and those who create it for us. With that being said, music is being created every single day. From artist that are often listen to (Beyoncé, Justin Bieber, Adele, etc.) to artist who aren't as known but are still climbing to the top of the charts. Once someone finds an artist they like, people tend to search for sounds that are similar to those they have already been introduced to. However, that specific sound may not be found. Certain artists, in my opinion, need to be listened to more than others. They may not be as high up on the throne as Queen B, but their sound and their lyrics are still pretty d*mn good and need to be recognized/appreciated more. So, here is a list of three artist I believe everyone should listen to at least once. And if you get hooked on them after listening to a couple of their songs, then I did my job.

1. Witt Lowry

I came across Witt one day while on YouTube bouncing from channel to channel. Real name Mark Richard, Jr. is someone I would not leave unheard. His rhymes convey quick and clever phrases while at the heart of his lyrics sends out a deep message if you listen close enough. With his powerful rhymes, Witt aims to spread hope and love to his fans. This man is known to work on a song until he believes that it is perfect enough for his audience. Witt prefers to create quality over quantity and because of this dedication for the perfection of his music is the exact reason why he has seen a large amount of growth in his music in such a short period time. This also explains why fans, including myself, stand so strongly behind him and his music. Some of my favorite songs from this artist include "Kindest Regards," "Move on," "Like I do" and "Running from Here."

2. Sammy Adams

Whether it is a night on the town,or a night with that includes a few cases of brew and buddies this Boston rapper has the music your looking for. Samuel Adams Winser has been involved with music for most of his life. He aspired to become a producer before becoming a rapper and didn't start making music formally until college. Adams stated that he does not just get his inspiration just from other rappers, but from other genres of music as well including classic rock, rock and even the blues. Adams prides himself in being able to cross genres, allowing him to get back to his roots, and his music shows that. Rising off of fame from his hit songs such as "I Hate College (remix)" and "Driving Me Crazy," Adams has still been able to keep that original sound and develop it even more. Songs such as "All Night Longer" shows that Sammy knows how to have a good time, while songs such as "Remember" and "Waste" show that his lyrics have a deeper message. He is an artist you should definitely listen to and if you have the chance go see him live in "The Long Way Tour" this fall. I know I am. Some of my favorite songs from this artist include "Waste," "Awesome," "Remember" and "War."

3. Marc E Bassy

Let me tell you something: this man has soul behind his voice. Marc Griffin, also known as Marc E Bassy gives me a Robin Thicke vibe mixed with Bryson Tiller. This San Francisco singer/songwriter was originally the lead singer of a band called "2AM Club" but the band was dropped by its label Sony/ATV and went on an indefinite hiatus starting June 29, 2015. From the band dropping to his long-term relationship relationship with his girlfriend ending, this inspired Bassy to find strength and coping with everything going on by leaving the party scene and going through a period to focus on nothing but himself. Shortly after he needed to feed his need to create...so he did, leading to his album "East Hollywood." Depending on what song you listen to, you can either go from vibing out in your car to his ecstatic beats and smooth yet deep lyrics from songs like "Dirty Water" and "Drunk & I'm Drunk" to songs that have more of a deep and emotional sensation such as "Show Me ft. G-Eazy" and "Subway Car." You probably have heard Bassy on G Eazy's song "Some Kind of Drug" but I highly recommend that you take a moment and seriously listen to this artist, he is climbing up the charts quickly and for good reason. I cant say I have a favorite song from this artist simply because he makes it hard to obsess over just one of his song. Props to you Marc.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
